You’ll submit a 3-day food and lifestyle journal. I’ll review it and provide personalized feedback on nutrition, hydration, movement, and daily habits with practical recommendations to support your goals.

A guided short-term reset to help reduce inflammation, sugar cravings, and brain fog. Includes meal plans, shopping list, daily habits checklist, and mindset support. Great as a starting point or seasonal refresh.
